Mary Luu began her love for the restaurant world at an early age. Growing up in a restaurant kitchen, she was always exposed to good home style meals. While studying in college, she worked in the California bar scene. After being apart of the management team at Bushido Izakaya in Silicon Valley, Mary decided to pack her bags and move to New York City. Following her completion of Culinary School, she continued her studies working at some of Manhattan's finest dining establishments such as Bouley, Kappa Masa, and O Ya. Her love of the food and beverage industry, helped her earn Certified Sommelier from the Court of Masters. When she isn't at work, she spends her time working on a recipe, learning Russian and finding ways to sharpen her wine knowledge. In the summer of 2019, Mary joined the Shuko team as Service Manager.
